1. Image Quality Responsibility

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all images submitted for printing are
provided at the Customer’s sole discretion. The Company shall not be held
liable for the quality, resolution, clarity, or overall appearance of any image
supplied by the Customer.

2. Color Variance Disclaimer

The Customer understands that colors displayed on digital screens may differ
from the colors produced in printed materials. Variations in brightness,
saturation, and tone are normal and do not constitute a defect. The Company
shall not be responsible for such variations.

3. File Requirements

All submitted images must meet the Company’s minimum technical standards,
including but not limited to:

  minimum resolution of 300 DPI
• File
  format of PNG
  
  Failure to meet these requirements may result in reduced print quality,
  for which the Company assumes no responsibility.

4. Custom Image Creation Services

Upon request, the Company may create a custom image for the Customer. This
service is subject to a fee of $19.99, which includes the provision of a
proof for Customer approval prior to printing. No work will proceed without
such approval.

5. Image Modification Services

At the Customer’s request, the Company may update, adjust, or enhance an
existing image. Such services may incur a fee not to exceed $10.00,
depending on the scope of work required.

6. Background Removal

The Company provides basic background removal services at no additional
charge.

7. Intellectual Property Representation

By submitting any image, the Customer represents and warrants that they are the
lawful owner of the image or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and
permissions for its use. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company
harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized or
unlawful use of submitted images.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of any image to the Company constitutes acceptance of the terms
outlined in this Policy.
